1,工程塑料外殼采用玻璃纖維增強(qiáng)不飽和聚酯樹脂材料,通過模具壓制而成,外形美觀。具有抗老化,不變形,抗沖擊,抗靜電,耐腐蝕等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。產(chǎn)品顏色為綠色。
2,不銹鋼外殼采用306不銹鋼口材料,通過模具落料,成型工藝加工而成,表面鏡面拋光處理,美觀大方。
3,防水防塵防腐控制箱鋁殼體采用ZL102鋁合金壓鑄而成,結(jié)構(gòu)輕巧,外形美觀。
4,G,S兩系列抗強(qiáng)酸,強(qiáng)堿,鹽,海水,氨,氯離子腐蝕,防腐等為F2。
5,G,S兩系列產(chǎn)品為迷宮式防水結(jié)構(gòu),具有良好的防水,防塵性能,防護(hù)等為IP65。
6,L系列產(chǎn)品殼體表面酸洗,鈍化后采用高壓靜電噴環(huán)氧樹脂塑粉處理,抗酸,堿,鹽腐蝕,防腐等為F1。
7,L系列產(chǎn)品采用曲路密封結(jié)構(gòu),直接用緊固件緊固,具有良好的防水防塵性能。
8,所有外露緊固件固均用用不銹鋼,密封件采用硅橡膠,耐油,耐酸,耐堿,耐高溫。
9,防水防塵防腐控制箱適用于交流50Hz,電壓380V以下,直流440V以下,電流10A以內(nèi)的控制電路中,作為工作現(xiàn)場中電動機(jī)的起停,控制轉(zhuǎn)換,信號切換,儀表計(jì)量等顯示之用。
